I don't recall the zone is being called West Coast? or that the hike took in South Island and not the north. I can probably find it by searching for the tags West Coast, South Island, New Zeland. 10 years ahead - let's say I don't remember the name of the hike - 'Milford Sound'. And that's (without experience) sounds more complex. The context of of west coast, hike, the number of days - everything will have to be as Keywords. So the above will have a folder 2017, and a Folder called 'Milford Sound'. I was checking how editing programs do that, and ask here previously - and while it does support sub-folder, it's much more simple.
